As the artist, I retain copyright to everything I produce. This includes the rights to the image of sold and commissioned original paintings. I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, except where the client or buyer has purchased the full or partial rights to the artwork in addition to purchasing the original artwork.
The client or buyer may not reproduce the artwork in any way without written permission from me, the artist. When you purchase an original painting you, the buyer, have the right to display the artwork in your home, space or business but the artwork may not be reproduced without my written consent.
If the artwork in your home or space is showcased in the other media, such as magazines, newspaper, online or social media, I only ask for attribution, so mention of the artwork title and my name.
Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to a painting. Some clients and buyers choose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork as they prefer to keep the artwork personal and to ensure it will never become a print.
